Truck weighbridge scales are build from condensed reinforced concrete and is fully prepared for use. It is fitted in to foundation pit prepared by seller or buyer. Benefits of this weighbridge : fully completed, tested, certified and durable reinforced concrete weighridge design wich doesnt have any screws joints or limiters (modules are connected with one another with lap joints, limiters are made of angles, with rubber inlay) , open-painted metal constructions, do not deform or rust. It looks aesthetically and is easy reinstall. Scales are fitted with extremely high quality and durable METTLER TOLEDO electronic digital weighing system. All metal carriers of reinforced concrete structures are inside the module. Platform and sensors doesn‘t have any screw joints, weight sensor body is made of polished stainless steel. Liable single-axle load of 16 tons.
