Automatic image recognition or Machine Vision is a technology designed to quickly and accurately identify the manufacturing defect, a missing piece in the product, required note on the packaging, expiry date and other important aspects of the quality of production. This technology inspect product images made with a specific camera and according to certain criteria gives the command for further installation.
KEMEK Engineering has a wide range of hardware – from simple photo sensors to complex systems consisting of several video cameras. Our software also has a user-friendly software which can detect a defect even invisible to the human eye.
